老年残根残冠160例修复效果观察

摘要 目的:总结老年牙病患者残根残冠修复的修复效果,为老年患者恢复牙齿健康提供依据。方法:对已行根管治疗的老年残根残冠患者160例200颗,采用铸造金属桩核加金属全冠修复治疗后按统一标准登记汇总分析。结果:200颗残根残冠根管治疗后做修复,其中残根组80颗,成功74颗,失败6颗,成功率为92.5%;残冠组120颗,成功116颗,失败4颗,成功率为96.7%。结论:老年牙病残根残冠根管治疗后,采用铸造金属桩核加金属全冠修复患牙,可取得满意的疗效,为最大程度保留牙齿提供了可能。
