念珠菌性呼吸道医院感染的病因分析与防控对策

摘要 目的通过对念球菌性呼吸道医院感染病因分析，探讨对该病防治和控制对策。方法回顾分析2012年1月至2014年12月呼吸科病房64例念珠菌呼吸道医院感临床资料，男性38例，女性26例，年龄32-76岁（60岁以上34例占53．1％），所有病例入院前无真菌感染史，入院48h以后经深部咳痰和取呼吸道分泌物培养，检测到真菌（念珠菌）二次以上诊断。结果64例共检测出70株念珠菌，分类以白色念珠菌感染为重，经用抗真菌药物等综合治疗相继好转，无死亡病例。结论真菌性医院感染有上升趋势，加强管理完善消毒隔离制度，严格执行无菌操作技术及合理使用抗生素是预防和控制真菌性医院感染的关键。
