肠内营养在克罗恩病治疗中的护理和效果 被引量：3

摘要 近年来中国的克罗恩病明显上升,在克罗恩病的临床表现中,营养不良是最常见、最突出的并发症,严重影响患者的免疫功能,生活质量和长期存活率[1-2],而肠内营养作为改善患者营养不良状况的治疗措施,在CD综合治疗中占有重要的地位。本文回顾性分析2007—2015年本科收治的CD患者,重点讨论肠内营养治疗的效果及相关护理,以提高临床护士对疾病的认识,从而进一步提高患者的生活质量。
