摘要
目的：分析心理护理对卵巢囊肿手术患者焦虑情绪及不适感的影响。方法选择我院2014年2月～2015年2月收治卵巢囊肿患者84例，随机将84例患者分为对照组和观察组各42例，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上实施心理护理，将两组患者的护理结果进行对比。结果观察组患者的心理改善情和疼痛情况均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对卵巢囊肿手术患者予以心理护理可改善患者的心理状态，减轻患者术后的疼痛感。
Objective To analysis the psychological nursing effect on ovarian cyst surgery patients with anxiety and discomfort.Methods 84 cases with ovarian cyst were treated from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 42 cases in each group, patients in control group were given routine nursing care, patients in observation group were given psychological nursing, nursing results were compared between the two groups. Results Mental improvement and pain situation in patients of observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the psychological state of patients with ovarian cyst surgery, relieve the pain of patients after operation.
