摘要
目的：在治疗老年急性阑尾炎患者护理工作中应用整体护理干预，并对其临床应用价值进行探究。方法收集我院2015年3月～2016年3月所收治的46例老年急性阑尾炎患者，依据计算机表法将其均分为观察组与对照组，每组患者例数为23例。在对照组患者的护理过程中行常规护理干预，在观察组患者的护理过程中行整体护理干预。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率以及护理满意度均优于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论对老年急性阑尾炎患者应用整体护理干预可以降低并发症发生率，提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the value of clinical application of holistic nursing intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with acute appendicitis.Methods 46 cases of elderly patients with acute appendicitis were collected from March 2015 to March 2016 and divided into observation group and control group on the basis of computer table method, 23 cases of patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, patients in the observation group were given overall nursing intervention.Results The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion The application of holistic nursing intervention on elderly patients with acute appendicitis can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction.
