摘要
目的：总结老年前列腺增生治疗中行经尿道双极等离子电切术（PKRP）的价值。方法从我院2011年2月～2016年8月接收的老年前列腺增生患者中抽取60例，分为两组，常规组29例行TURP方案，治疗组31例行PKRP方案，对照两组疗效及其术后生活质量。结果常规组29例有效率65.52%，治疗组31例有效率93.55%，P＜0.05。结论选择PKRP方案对老年前列腺增生患者进行救治，利于提升其疗效以及术后生活质量。
Objective To summarize the treatment of senile hyperplasia of prostate through plasma kinetic resection of prostate （PKRP）.Methods 60 elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia from February 2011 to August 2016 received in our hospital were divided into two groups, 29 cases in conventional group underwent TURP scheme, 31 cases in the treatment group underwent routine PKRP, curative effect and postoperative quality of life were compared.Results The effectiveness in 29 cases in conventional group was 65.52%, while in the 31 cases of treatment group was 93.55%, P〈0.05.ConclusionPKRP scheme in treatment of elderly patients with hyperplasia of prostate, can improve curative effect and postoperative quality of life.
