摘要
目的 对完整结肠系膜切除方案在结肠癌患者手术治疗中合理应用的效果进行观察。方法 筛选32例于2012年1月-2015年12月因结肠癌入住我院手术的患者,均以完整结肠系膜切除方案进行治疗,并对其临床效果进行评定。结果 术后,入选患者有效率87.50%（28/32）,病灶残留发生率3.13%（1/32）,吻合口瘘发生率6.25%（2/32）。结论 选择完整结肠系膜切除方案对结肠癌患者进行手术治疗,不仅有效率高,还能改善其围手术其各项指标,同时能降低病灶残留发生率以及吻合口瘘发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of complete mesocolon resection scheme in the surgical treatment of colon cancer patients. Methods 32 cases of colon cancer patients who admitted in our hospital for surgery from January 2012 to December 2015 were included, they were treated with complete mesocolon resection, its clinical effect was assessed. Results The effective rate was 87.50% （28/32） patients after surgery, the lesion residue rate was 3.13% （1/32）, the anastomotic fistula rate was 6.25% （2/32）. Conclusion Complete mesocolon resection surgery in patients with colon cancer, not only has high efficient, also improve the perioperative indicators, at the same time can reduce the incidence of residual lesions and the incidence of anastomotic fistula.
