摘要
目的：探讨鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血的有效性与安全性。方法对2011年6月～2016年3月我院收治的46例顽固性鼻出血患者行鼻内镜下电凝止血，观察患者治疗效果、并发症及复发率。结果46例患者鼻内镜下电凝止血均一次成功，治愈率100%；1例患者鼻黏膜擦伤，并发症发生率2.17%；随访3个月以上，无再出血病例，鼻出血复发率0%。结论鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血，止血速度快、治疗效果好，不良反应少。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of nasal endoscopic treatment of intractable nasal bleeding.Methods 46 cases of refractory nasal bleeding were treated with endoscopic coagulation and hemostasis in our hospital from June 2011 to March 2016, treatment effect, complications and recurrence rate were observated.Results 46 cases of patients with nasal endoscopic coagulation and hemostasis were successful treated, the cure rate was 100%, there was 1 case of nasal mucosa scratches, the incidence of complications was 2.17%, follow-up for more than 3 months, there was no rebleeding cases, the recurrence rate was 0%. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic treatment of refractory nasal bleeding has rapid hemostasis, good treatment effect, and less adverse reactions.
