摘要
针对导管架平台在海洋环境中的结构低周疲劳问题,结合分析模型和设计规范,采用Neuber假设进行塑性修正,通过应变范围得到伪热点应力范围,并确定热点应力与伪热点应力之间的关系,采用伪热点应力取代热点应力换算出一种新的S-N曲线作为低周疲劳的设计曲线,以伪热点应力作为计算量来预测节点的低周疲劳寿命。
Aiming at the problem of low cycle fatigue for the jacket platforms in the marine environment, based on the analysis model and design standards, a plasticity correction was performed according to the Neuber rules. The pseudo hot spot stress range was obtained by the strain range. The relationship between the hot spot stress and pseudo hot spot stress was determined. A new S-N curve was deduced as low cycle fatigue design curves using the pseudo hot spot stress instead of the hot spot stress as the value of calculation to predict the low evcle fatigue life.
