老年慢性阻塞性肺病采用无创正压通气治疗效果探讨

摘要 目的 探讨临床收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者应用无创正压通气方案治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取100例老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者,均为我院呼吸内科2014年1月-2016年2月收治,采用数字表抽取法随机分组,就应用常规方案治疗(对照组,n=50)与加用无创正压通气治疗(观察组,n=50)效果及安全性展开对比。结果 观察组选取的老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者临床总有效率经统计为96%,高于对照组74%,对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗前对两组动脉血气参数检测,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),疗后两组Pa O2、p H均明显升高,Pa CO2明显降低,差异均具统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 针对临床收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者,采用无创正压通气方案治疗,在提高临床效果,改善肺功能,调节心率和呼吸频率等方面价值显著。 Objective To investigate the clinical admitted elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of clinical efficacy and safety. Methods Select 100 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory medicine in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were treated. Digital table extraction method randomization, on the application of the conventional regimen(control group, n=50) with the addition of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy(study group, n=50) engage in comparative efficacy and safety. Results Total pulmonary disease chronic obstructive clinical observation group selected statistical efficiency by 96%, significantly higher than 74%, there is a statistically significant difference(P〈0.05) compared. The two groups before treatment to detect arterial blood gas parameters, no significant difference(P〉0.05), after treatment groups Pa O2, p H increased significantly, Pa CO2 decreased significantly, both statistically difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinically treated, the use of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation regimen to improve clinical results in improving lung function, regulate heart rate and breathing, etc. significant value.
