摘要
针对轮对磨耗在线检测中图像处理数据量大、实时性要求高的特点,提出了一种基于千兆网和EMIF接口的多路轮对图像传输系统的设计方案,采用FPGA和4路DSP实现,重点研究了千兆网接口、EMIF总线技术和多DSP图像数据传输机制。系统以FPGA作为控制核心,利用千兆以太网传输4路CCD相机采集的图像数据,采用高速EMIF接口实现FPGA与DSP的数据交换。测试结果表明,该系统能够高效、可靠地实现图像数据传输,具有一定的实用价值。
For the characters of large-volume image processing and strong real-time property in wheel wear on-line detection,a multi-channel wheel image transmission system scheme based on Gigabit Ethernet and EMIF interface was proposed. FPGA and four DSPs were used. This paper focused on the Gigabit Ethernet interface,EMIF bus technology and transmission mechanism of image data for multi-DSP. FPGA was regarded as the control core in this system. Using of Gigabit Ethernet,the image data acquired by four CCD cameras was transmitted. Communication between FPGA and DSP was implemented based on high-speed EMIF interface. The test results show that the system is efficient and reliable to implement the transmission of image data,which has certain practical values.
