摘要
对浙江省宁海县经济增长和地表水环境、大气环境污染情况进行实证研究,进而分析宁海县经济发展与环境之间的协调性问题。研究表明:总体来看,宁海县的经济增长与环境污染物排放呈现"脱钩"趋势。宁海县的绝大多数"脱钩"是由于GDP的大幅增长导致的"相对脱钩"。宁海县政府近年来有效的环境政策和巨额的环境投资从一定程度上有效遏制了环境的恶化,使得部分环境指标与人均GDP的关系呈现典型的环境库兹涅茨曲线特征,符合区域可持续发展的目标。
This paper makes an empirical study of economic growth and surface water contaminate as well as air pollution through decoupling and EKC analysis. And then analyzes the coordination between economic development and environment. The result shows that ： Overall, a ＂decoupling ＂trend is emerging in Ninghai＇ s economic growth and environmental pollutant emissions. To a large extent, the ＂decoupling＂ trend is a kind of ＂relative decoupling＂ which is due to a substantial increase in GDP. In recent years, the effective environmental policies issue by local government and huge environmental investment effectively curb the deterioration of the environment, which makes the relationship between some of the environmental indicators and GDP per capita showing feature of a typical Envi- ronmental Kuznets Curve. It is consistent with the goal of sustainable development of the region.
