摘要
本文就溶液电阻R_1对恒电量法测量的影响作了深入讨论,提出精确求解C_d的修正函数f(a)和在弱极化区求解D位的解析方法。文中介绍了一个恒电量法腐蚀快速测量自动解析系统,模拟实验表明,该系统的精度优于±5%,使用该系统对一些真实腐蚀体系进行测试,其结果与文献值和失重法之结果有良好的一致性。
The effects of solution resistance R1 on corrosion measurement with coulostatic technique are discussed. A method has been developed to find the corrective function f(α) for Cd and the coefficient B in the weakly polarized region. It is shown that the existence of R1 can reduce the transport speed of charge onto the working electrode. The effects of R1 can be eliminated when Rp is calculated by integration and Cd by corrective function f(α). The condition RpCd = R1C is proved to be not the lower measuring limit of the coulostatic technique. With an increase in the ratio (R1C)/(RpCd), the process of measurement with coulostatic technique will trans- form from a relaxed transient into a steady-state polarization one.An automatic analyzing system for fast coulostatic corrosion measurement has been developed using a Z-80 single board microcomputer based on the above-mentioned theory. Simulation tests show that the accuracy is better than ±5%. Results of corrosion measurement in a number of actual corrosion systems with this method were found to be in agreement with those obtained by the weight-loss method or by those published in available literature.
