摘要
针对我国北方某厂采用简易工艺生产Q235钢种中出现的品质问题,对该钢种进行氧氮含量分析、铸坯表面品质分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析。结果表明,在正常坯中T[O]平均含量为153×10^(-4)%,含量较高,也说明钢中夹杂物含量较多。铸坯表面存在窄边凹陷、中心裂纹、中间裂纹、中心缩孔和中心疏松,轧材出现烂边等品质问题,分析原因是由于连铸机开浇时液面波动较大,结晶器内发生卷渣,二冷过强,内外弧冷却不均,喷嘴布置不合理等造成。
Aimed at the quality problem of Q235 steel producted by a factory in the north of China using the simple production process,the oxygen and nitrogen content and the casting surface quality of the steel were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analyzer.The results show that the average of T [O] content in steady production is 153 153×10^(-4)%,the content is higher,which suggests that there are more inclusions in steel.And the slightly depression in narrow sides,the center crack,the intermedium crack,the center shrinkage and porosity and the broken edge defects exist on casting billet surface due to greater liquid level fluctuates of the continuous casting machine at the beginning of pouring,wrap slag,two cold too strong,uneven internal and external arc,and unreasonable nozzle arrangement.
