摘要
目的:探讨家庭访视护理干预对人工髋关节置换术后患者日常生活能力及髋关节功能康复效果的影响。方法:将200例人工髋关节置换术后患者按照出院时间顺序分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组出院后实施常规出院指导和电话访视及随诊,观察组在常规出院随访基础上分别在出院后1、3、6、12个月进行家庭访视,实施个体化的系统性、科学性、完整性康复训练。比较两组Barthel指数评分、Harris评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组Barthel指数评分及Harris评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:通过家庭访视对髋关节置换术后患者实施个体化的规范性、系统性、科学性康复训练指导,有助于提高患者术后生活自理能力,促进肢体功能的康复,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective： To explore the effect of home visiting intervention on the daily life ability of patients after hip joint replacement and the effect of hip joint function rehabilitation. Methods： A total of 200 artificial hip replacement patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the date of discharge,100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine discharge guidance,telephone interview and follow- up after the routine discharge. The intervention group was treated with home visiting in the 1st month,the 3rd month,the 6th month,and the 12 th month after the routine discharge,and given the guidance of the individual systematic,scientific and complete rehabilitation training. The Barthel index scores,Harris scores and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results： The Barthel index scores and Harris scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Home visiting nursing system can give individual patients normative,systematic and scientific rehabilitation training and guidance after hip joint replacement,improve patients self- care ability,promote the rehabilitation of limb function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
