摘要
对思茅松种子进行辐照处理,分析辐照后思茅松幼苗的生长状况。结果表明:辐照处理能引起幼苗的形态发生变化;低于50 Gy辐照处理对思茅松幼苗高生长和存活率没有不利影响,当辐照剂量为100 Gy时,思茅松幼苗高生长受到显著抑制,存活率降低;对照和低剂量处理的思茅松幼苗的高生长与种子千粒重相关性较强;5个家系的半致死剂量分别为106.3 Gy、82.2 Gy、111.2 Gy、111.9 Gy和107.4 Gy。认为思茅松辐照育种的适宜剂量为100—110 Gy,当千粒重小于10 g时,适宜剂量为80—90 Gy。
The seeds of P.kesiya var.langbianensis were irradiated by 60Co-γ ray,and the seedling growth after irradiation by different dose was analyzed.The results showed that irradiation treatment could induce the morphological changes of seedlings;Irradiation treatment below 50 Gy had no adverse effect on the growth and survival rate of the seedling,when the irradiation dose was 100 Gy,the seedling growth was significantly inhibited,and the survival rate decreased.The correlation of seedling height growth and 1 000-grain weight was strongly in control and low dose treatment.The semi-lethal doses of 5 families were 106.3 Gy,82.2 Gy,111.2 Gy,11.19 Gy and 107.4 Gy respectively.The appropriate dose of irradiation breeding of P.kesiya var.langbianensis were suggested as 100—110 Gy,and the appropriate dose was 80—90 Gy when the 1 000-grain weight was less than 10 g.
