摘要
主要针对含传热管预拉伸工艺的换热器管板结构,采用有限元方法进行应力分析。结果表明:与无预拉伸工艺相比,采用预拉伸工艺的换热器管板局部应力水平大大降低;预拉伸量与两种材料线膨胀量差的比值在0.5—0.75时,最大应力强度的值较低;换热管均匀分布结构的壳体轴向应力水平较非均匀分布结构更低。此外,对于径厚比较大的壳体结构,轴向失稳必须引起足够重视。
A local stress analysis and assessment for the tube sheet of a heat exchanger with pre-stretching deformation were conducted by using finite element method. The results presents that compared with the heat exchanger without pre-stretching deformation, the local stress in the tube sheet of the heat exchanger with pre-stretching deformation can be reduced sharply. The von Mises stress has a lowest value when the ratio of the pre-stretch deformation to the linear expansion difference of the two materials is about 0.5 - 0.75. The axial stress for the heat exchanger with tubes distributed non-uniformly is larger than that with uniformly distributed tubes. In addition, much attention should be paid to the axial buckling for a shell with a large radius-to-thickness ratio.
