摘要
为探讨儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染性肺炎临床防治,就近年来儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染性肺炎临床防治进展有关文献进行归纳和综述。研究表明儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染性肺炎目前尚缺乏有效预防疫苗,治疗以多种方法综合治疗为主,其中,帕利珠单克隆抗体临床疗效确切但费用高,应用受限;高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗方法短期疗效显著;激素和支气管扩张药可有效改善临床症状,抗病毒药物治疗效果尚缺乏研究证实。综述可见,儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染性肺炎临床防治的研究方向是研发安全、有效的疫苗,以及加大研究抗病毒药物治疗效果。
To investigate the clinical treatment ＆ control of pneumonia infected by respiratory syneytial virus authors summarized and viewed the recent relevant literatures on this aspects. The literatures showed that for the children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia clinical prevention and treatment are lack of effective vaccine;the clinical treatment adopts comprehensive therapy of various methods mainly yet,althougy palli bead monoelonal antibody has clinical curative effect but the cost is high,so that application is limited;nebulized hypertonie saline inhalation only has short-term curative effect;steroids and bronchodilators can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,effect of antivira] therapy still is a lack of research confirmed. In a word,the research direction of clinical prevention and treatment of the children with this pneumonia is to develop safe and effective vaccines, and to increase the effect of antiviral therapy.
