摘要
目的研究D-半乳糖致大鼠衰老后血清同型半胱氨酸(hcy)的变化,并与正常鼠血管结构组织比较。方法采用皮下注射D-半乳糖的方法制备大鼠衰老模型(n=10),另设10只为正常组。采用AU5800全自动生化检测仪测定血清中hcy的含量,运用SPSS16分析hcy含量差异与正常组比较。结果 hcy含量在两组间差异显著(6.7700±0.30203 vs 12.8400±0.62039 E2/mg·ml,P<0.05);模型组对血管引起正常组所没有的较大变化。结论 D-半乳糖能升高衰老大鼠血清中的hcy含量,并可改变血管的病理学指数。
Objective To study the changes of senm hcy of aging rats induced by D-galactose,and explore the influence of it on pathological exchanges of vessels. Methods The rat aging model was made by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose(n=10,as model group);other 10 rats were selected as normal control group. The content of hcy in serum was detected by AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer. By using SPSS16 the difference of hcy content was compared between two groups. Results Significant difference possessed between two groups (P〈0.05) in hcy content (6.7700±0.30203 vs 12.8400±0.62039 EZ/mg.ml). While,the pathological changes of vessels in control group and model group also provided relevant proof. Conclusion D-galactose could increase the content of hcy in serum of aging rats,and make vessels resulting in pathological change.
