外周血单核细胞CD36和CD44表达与冠心病患者疼痛严重程度分析 被引量:1

Expression of CD36 and CD44 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and their relationship with the severity of coronary heart disease

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者外周血单核细胞(PBMC)CD36和CD44水平与冠心病严重程度的关系。方法将拟诊的冠心病患者122例根据临床症状和实验室检查及冠脉造影结果分为对照组30例、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组30例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组32例和急性心肌梗死(AMI)组30例。检测各组血压(BP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等指标。并用RT-PCR法检测各组PBMC中CD36mRNA和CD44mRNA的表达水平。结果对照组、SAP组、UAP组和AMI组PBMC的CD36mRNA值依次升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AMI组和UAP组PBMC的CD44 mRNA水平明显高于SAP组和对照组(P<0.05);外周血PBMC中CD36mRNA和CD44mRNA均与血浆hs-CRP水平正相关(r=0.787,P<0.001;r=0.932,P<0.001)。结论外周血PBMC的CD36和CD44的表达与动脉粥样硬化斑块的不稳定及冠心病的严重度有一定的临床关系。 Objective To investigate whether the level of CD36 and CD44in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)was correlated with severity of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 122 cases of clinical patients with coronary heart disease based on clinical symptoms,laboratory tests and the results of coronary angiography were divided into control group(30cases),stable angina pectoris(SAP)group(30cases),unstable angina pect-oris(UAP)group(32cases)and acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group(30cases).Blood pressure(BP),fasting blood sugar(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)and high sensitivity c reactive protein(hs-CRP)were measured in all groups.The level of CD36 mRNA and CD44 mRNA expression in PBMC were detected by RT-PCR method.Results The value of CD36 mRNA in PBMC increased gradually in control group,SAP group,UAP group and AMI group.There was statistically difference between two random groups(P〈0.05).The level of CD44 mRNA in PBMC was higher in AMI and UAP groups than that in SAP group and the control group(P〈0.05).The level of CD36 mRNA or CD44 mRNA in PBMC was significantly positively correlated with hs-CRP in plasma(r=0.787,P〈0.001;r=0.932,P〈0.001).Conclusion The expression of CD36 and CD44in PBMC is related to the instability of atherosclerotic plaque and the severity of coronary heart disease.
