摘要
针对阶梯电价问题,通过检验、权重分析、线性回归方法,综合分析了A、B小区各季度用电量与用水量的数据,建立了分位数模型以及拟合优度检验模型,得出了比较合理的各档次用电量上限数,然后给出两个小区的三档数据统计.根据两小区平均每季度的用电量、用水量这两组数据,利用k均值聚类将各小区用户分为三类.运用EXCEL、MATLAB软件进行函数的拟合得出了居民用电量与用水量之间的关系.最后,通过对数学模型的推广,分析了阶梯电价实施在节约资源、培养全民节约意识、节能意识中的社会意义.
For the price ladder problem by X^2 test,weight analysis,linear regression,a comprehensive analysis of the A,B cell quarterly electricity and water consumption data,as well as the establishment of a quantile model goodness of fit test model,all grades obtained reasonable power with the maximum number,then gives statistics third gear two cells. According to two cells per quarter electricity consumption,water consumption both sets of data,use k- means clustering each cell users into three categories. Using EXCEL,MATLAB software fit function obtained relationship between electricity and water consumption of residents. At last,through the promotion of a mathematical model to analyze the implementation of the price ladder in the conservation of resources,cultivate public awareness of savings and energy saving in social significance.
