摘要
目的 :评价国产抗真菌药氟康唑的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :将 6 7例老年肺部真菌感染患者分为治疗组与对照组 ,分别使用氟康唑和进口同类药物大扶康治疗 ,进行对照分析。结果 :治疗组与对照组临床总有效率、痰菌清除率及不良反应发生率之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :国产氟康唑注射剂对老年肺部真菌感染的疗效及安全性与进口产品大扶康相似 。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Fluconazole for senile pulmonary fungal infection.Methods Sixty-seven cases were divided into treatment group(group A,n=36) and control group(group B,n=31).Group A was treated with Fluconazole and group B with Diflucan.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate,fungal eradication rate and incidence of adverse effects between these two groups.Conclusion The effect of Fluconazole is similar to Diflucan for senile pulmonary fungal infection.
