中药熏洗结合关节镜下等离子刀治疗早中期骨性关节炎临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察中药熏洗结合关节镜下等离子刀治疗早中期骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为2组,对照组70例采用关节镜下等离子刀行关节软骨成形有限清理术治疗;治疗组80例在对照组的基础上配合术后补肾活血中药熏洗。结果:所有患者均得到随访,随访时间6~24月,平均12.8月。治疗后1周、治疗后3月、末次随访时2组患者Lysholm’s膝关节评分均较治疗前升高(P〈0.01);且治疗组膝关节评分升高较对照组同时段更显著(P〈0.01)。结论:中药熏洗结合关节镜下等离子刀治疗早中期骨性关节炎可提高临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。
