摘要
目的探讨麦默通微创技术在B超探及的乳腺占位性病变中的临床应用,并结合临床对麦默通微创技术在乳腺占位性病变中的适应证进行总结。方法应用麦默通微创切除B超探及的乳腺占位性病变1220例,共计2272个肿物。结果 B超探视下肿物完整切除,切除肿物术后病理结果显示:乳腺纤维腺瘤1786个,乳腺腺病412个,乳腺囊肿病46个,导管内乳头状瘤15个,乳腺癌8个,不典型增生5个。结论麦默通微创技术可作为B超探及的乳腺良性占位切除手术的首选方式,并可作为亚临床乳腺癌的活检方式。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of Mammotome minimally invasive techniques for breast mass under ultrasonoscopy. The indications of minimally invasive of Mammotome were summarized. Methods 1220 cases of breast mass were removed by Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy under ultrasound,with a total of 2272 masses. Results All masses were excised completely,the pathology results showed:1786 breast fibroadenoma,412 breast adenosis,46 breast cystic disease,15 papil oma,8 breast cancer,5 dysplasia. Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive techniques can be used as the best method to remove benign breast mass under ultrasound,and as a way of sub- clinical breast cancer biopsies.
