摘要
使用CFD计算软件对气缸盖进行了流场(速度场和温度场)分析,并根据测温试验结果对壁面边界条件进行了修正,根据分析结果,对火力面和冷却水腔进行了结构改进设计,使得气缸盖火力面热负荷大幅降底,改善效果明显。
This paper calculates the flow field(speed field and temperature field) using CFD software, the boundary conditions of the wall are corrected according to the results of temperature measurement. Last, from analysis of simulation results, the structure improvement design of the fire area and the cooling water chamber is carried out so that the temperature of the cylinder head was reduced greatly, which has obvious effect.
