摘要
针对复杂曲面类零件的设计,研究采用逆向设计与有限元分析相结合的方法。以叶片零件为例,对其进行三维扫描、数据处理和曲面重构,并对重构模型进行有限元分析和结构优化改进。研究结果表明,采用逆向设计方法能够极大地加快设计速度,提高产品设计质量。
In order to solve the problem that it is more difficult to design complex curved surface parts, adopt the meth od of reverse design combined with finite element analysis, and it can well solve the problem of design and improvement of complex curved surface parts. For blade parts in 3D scanning, data processing, and surface reconstruction, the reconstruction model for finite element analysis and structure improvement is analyzed. Making the structure and function more hasten is optimized, and can greatly speed up the design, improve the quality of the product design.
