摘要
通过选育2套同核异质不育系(95122A和陵风A)及与10个对HL型粳稻不育系具有不同恢复力的BT型恢复系测交鉴定的方法,对江苏省农业科学院育成的BT型粳稻不育系95122A的花粉败育特征及可恢复性进行了比较研究。结果表明,该BT型95122A在花粉败育特征及可恢复性上与HL型95122A有明显差异,其确为BT型不育系。BT型95122A花粉以圆败为主,有一小部分浅染花粉,而BT型陵风A基本上都是染败花粉,且绝大部分为深染花粉。BT型95122A与各参试恢复系配制的杂种F1的小穗育性与BT型陵风A配制的杂种F1无明显差异,说明花粉败育特征的改变没有影响不育系的可恢复性。
The characteristics of pollen abortion of 95122 A,a BT-type japonica CMS line developed by Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and its restorability were studied by developing two sets of isonuclear alloplasmic CMS lines( 95122 A & Lingfeng A),crossing them with ten BT-type restorer lines with various restorability to HLtype japonica CMS lines and identifying the pollen grain type of CMS lines and the spikelet fertility of their F1 hybrids. The results showed that this BT-type japonica CMS line 95122 A was confirmed to be a BT-type CMS line based on its distinct difference in the characteristics of pollen abortion and restorability comparing with the HL-type95122 A. The BT-type 95122 A consisted mainly of spherical abortive pollen grains with a small portion of lightlycolored stained abortive pollen grains while the BT-type Lingfeng A consisted of almost all stained abortive pollen grains with most dark-colored ones. However,there was not much difference in the spikelet fertility between the F1 hybrids of the BT-type 95122 A and those of the BT-type Lingfeng A when crossing with the tested restorer lines,indicating that the change in the characteristics of pollen abortion does not affect the restorability of CMS lines.
