摘要
在构建生态经济质量评价指标体系的基础上,对我国钢铁行业生态经济质量进行评价;分析我国钢铁工业生态经济的技术因素及水平,运用面板数据模型计算中国钢铁工业生态经济发展的技术创新能力。结果显示企业技术对生态经济发展水平具有正面促进作用,尽管从短期看规模的扩大能更能有效地带动生态经济质量的提高,但长期来看钢铁行业生态经济的可持续发展主要依赖于技术创新能力的提升。
Circular economy turns out to be the only solution to sustainable development of iron and steel industry. Circular economy quality is the ultimate measure to sustainable development of iron and steel industry. According to the quality eval- uation index system, this paper firstly evaluated circular economy quality of the iron and steel industry in China. Secondly, it analyzed the technical factors and level of circular economy on China's steel industry. At last, with the panel data model, it aimed to calculate technology innovation capacity of circular economy. The result showed the enterprise technology can prompt circular economy. Scale can promote circular economy more effectively in the short term, but on a long time scale the sustainable development of circular economy mainly depends on the technological innovation capability.
