摘要
基于大连高新区企业负责任创新评价的需要,从企业产品设计理念、产品生产过程和评价监督机制三方面构建企业负责任创新评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法对指标进行权重赋值。以大连高新区内NV公司和SA公司为案例,采用该评价指标体系对其进行评估,揭示高新技术企业在负责任创新方面取得的成绩和存在的问题,验证该指标体系的合理性和准确性。
Based on the evaluation requirement on responsible innovation in the enterprises of Dalian High - tech Zone, this paper has developed an evaluation indicator system combining 3 aspects of product design, production process and su- pervision mechanism on responsible innovation in the enterprises, using AHP for index weight assignment. Two local com- panies, namely New Vision and ShiAn, are also taken as examples in discussion, and assessed with the evaluation indicator system as well. The result shows that there are achievements along with problems about responsible innovation in many high - tech enterprises, which has verified the reasonableness and accuracy of the system.
