摘要
通过室内试验对水泥粉煤灰稳定钢渣的无侧限抗压强度、回弹模量、抗冲刷性能进行了研究。室内试验表明:水泥粉煤灰稳定钢渣的早期无侧限抗压强度与劈裂强度均比水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石高;与水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石骨料相比,水泥粉煤灰稳定钢渣在各龄期下的抗压回弹模量明显高于水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石骨料;工程应用中,建议水泥与粉煤灰的掺入比取1∶3。工程实例表明:水泥粉煤灰稳定钢渣基层具有较好的强度,可应用到路面基层的铺筑中。
In this paper, the unconfined compressive strength, resilient modulus and anti -erosion performance of cement fly ash stabilized steel slag were studied by laboratory tests. Research shows that: the early unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of cement fly ash stabilized steel slag are higher than that of cement fly ash stabilized crushed stone; compared with cement fly ash stabilized crushed stone aggregate, the compressive resilient modulus of cement fly ash stabilized steel slag is higher than that of cement fly ash stabilized crushed stone; in engineering application, the mixing ratio of cement and fly ash is suggested to take 1:3. The engineering example shows that the cement fly ash stabilized steel slag base has good strength and can be applied to the pavement of the road base.
