摘要
针对当前公路收费站布设问题多目标、多层次的复杂特点,在对经典收费站布设制式特点及影响因素分析的基础上,提出一种基于模糊评估理论的高速公路收费站布设制式综合评价体系,将定量分析与定性评估相结合,可有效提升道路决策者对布设制式选择的认知水平,为收费站布设制式的选择决策提供科学合理的依据。
In view of the complex characteristics of multi - objective and multi - level in the current format issue of toll station layout, with the analysis of the characteristics and factors of traditional formats, a comprehensive evaluation system about highway toll sation layout format was presented based on fuzzy evaluation, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative assessment, which could enhance cognitive level of the decision maker on the selection of layout format and provide scientific and reasonable basis for the selection and decision of the layout format of toll station.
