同型半胱氨酸、β2微球蛋白与高血压的相关性分析

摘要 为探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、β2微球蛋白与高血压的相关性,选择250例高血压患者(高血压组)和250例健康体检者(对照组),运用全自动生化分析仪检测血清中同型半胱氨酸、β2微球蛋白及血糖、血脂等相关生化指标。结果显示:高血压组体质指数、收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在年龄、低密度脂蛋白、血糖等方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高血压组同型半胱氨酸、β2微球蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以是否有高血压作为应变量,年龄、体质指数、高密度脂蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、β2微球蛋白等作为自变量进行二分类非条件Logistic回归分析,发现甘油三酯、胆固醇和同型半胱氨酸、β2微球蛋白是高血压的危险因素。由此可知,同型半胱氨酸、β2微球蛋白水平与高血压具有相关性。 To study the correlation between homocysteine(Hcy), β2-microglobulin and hypertension. 250 cases of patients with hypertension(hypertension group) and 250 cases of healthy examination people(control group) were selected. Serum biochemical indicators of homocysteine, β2-microglobulin, glucose and lipids were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.The results showed that body mass index, systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), triglycerides, cholesterol,and high density lipoprotein in hypertension group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). While there was no significant difference between the two groups in age, low-density lipoprotein, and blood sugar(P〈0.05). Homocysteine, β2-microglobulin in hypertension group were significantly higher(P〉0.05).Binary non-conditional logistic regression analysis was chosen to analyze the relationship between hypertension and other factors hypertension was set as the dependent variable, age, body mass index, high-density lipoprotein, homocysteine, andβ2-microglobulin were set as independent variables, the results showed that triglycerides cholesterol, homocysteine, andβ2-microglobulin were risk factors of hypertension. Thus, we infer that the serum level of homocysteine and β2-microglobulin is correlated with hypertension.
