摘要
能力本位理念认为教学不仅仅是知识的传授,更应注重学生能力的培养。文章从分析交通工程专业学生能力需求入手,坚持以学生能力培养为核心,结合交通工程专业的客观现状,将能力本位渗透到教学的全过程,从调整培养方案、创新教学方法、加强实践教学、推行过程考核、增强师资力量等方面进行了一系列的改革,旨在探索交通工程专业教学体系的改革与创新,推动交通工程专业学科的发展。
Competence-based idea considers that teaching is not only to impart knowledge but also should focus on cultivation of students＇ ability. This paper,based on analysis of demand for talents in traffic engineering,adheres to students＇ capability training as the core and pene- trates competence-based idea into the whole teaching course combining the objective status of tragic engineering profession in our school. A se- ries of reformation including adjusting training program, innovating the teaching method; strengthening practice teaching; implementing process assessment and enhancing teachers strength are proposcd in order to explore teaching system reformation and innovation and promote the devel- opment of traffic engineering discipline.
