摘要
目的 探讨内镜下单环套扎联合电凝切除术治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤的临床意义。方法 收集经普通胃镜及超声内镜（endoscopic ultrasonography,EUS）检查,诊断为胃黏膜下肿瘤患者69例,肿瘤直径均在1.1 cm以内。所有病变采用内镜下单环套扎联合电凝切除术治疗,并以钛夹夹闭创面,术后常规应用质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitor,PPI）1个月。结果 69例患者胃黏膜下肿瘤均完全切除,5例切除后发生穿孔,应用金属止血夹成功夹闭。经过3~6个月的胃镜随访,所有病例无复发,无不良反应发生。结论 经内镜对胃黏膜下微小肿瘤采用单环套扎联合电凝切除术的治疗是一种有效、经济且安全的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of endoscopic single-ring loop ligators combined with electric resection in treating gastric submucosal tumor. Methods Sixty-nine patients with gastric submucosal tumor which were determined by endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography （EUS） were included. The standard procedure of endoscopic single-ring loop ligators combined with electric resection was performed for each of the patient, entire patients received proton pump inhibitor （PPI） treatment for one month. Results Sixty-nine patients of gastric subucosal tumor were completely removed, perforation occured in 5 cases after removal, which were typically closed with metallic en- doclip. Follow-up period ranged from 3 to 6 months, and no recurrence or other complications occurred. Conclusion Endoscopic single-ring loop ligator combined with electric resection method is a safe, less suffering and less invasive method for the therapy of gastric submucosal tumor.
