摘要
采用振动磨在干法室温条件下对8个不同尺寸区间的分析纯(AR)碳酸钙粉末进行超细粉碎,实验分别测量了8个不同尺寸区间碳酸钙粉碎后的分布系数及粉碎速率常数,通过对粉碎理论模型的建立及分析,模拟计算了碳酸钙的研磨过程。实验验证了粉碎理论模型在碳酸钙粉末研磨过程中粒径变化的应用。模型计算结果与实验结果符合很好,验证了振动磨粉碎试验的有效性和准确性。
This paper uses vibration mill to superfine grind the analytical reagent (AR) calcium carbonate powder on eight different size ranges under the condition of dry method at room temperature, and the eight different size interval distribution coefficient and grinding rate constant of calcium carbonate after crushing is measured respectively in the expriment. By the establishment and analysis of the crushing theory model, the grinding process of calcium carbonate is simulated. The application of crushing theory model on particle size change in the process of calcium carbonate powder superfine grinding is verified by the experiments. Model calculation resuhs are in accord with the experimental results, and the effectiveness and accuracy of the vibration mill grinding test is verified.
