摘要
针对湖北某磷矿,根据矿石性质和选矿实验结果,在参考国内类似矿山生产实践的基础上,设计采用脱泥—重介质旋流器分选工艺流程。本文详细论述了设计的流程及核心分选设备的工作原理,阐明了针对该类型的胶磷矿选择重介质分选工艺的优势及可行性。
Based on the ore characteristics and the beneficiation test results and with reference to the practical experience of simi- lar mines in China, a desliming-heavy medium process was adopt- ed in the design to separate a phosphate ore in Hubei. The sepa- ration process and working principle of the key separating equip- ment were also described in detail,which illustrates that the heav- y medium separation technology has superiority and feasibility for separating this type of phosphate ore.
