摘要
目的：研究中医体质辨证保健对社区更年期综合征男性生活质量的影响。方法：随机抽取深圳市福田区322名40～70岁更年期综合征男性患者，进行中医体质辨识，随机分为对照组及干预组，对照组给予普通更年期保健知识，干预组给予相应的中医体质辨识保健方案，观察6个月，对两组居民的生活质量进行组内前后对照以及组间对照。结果：6个月后，对照组患者中医体质评分未见明显变化，而干预组患者的中医体质评分明显降低（P〈0.05）；干预组患者中医体质评分均低于对照组患者（P〈0.05）；干预后干预组患者的男性更年期自我评定表的各项评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中医体质辨证保健在社区更年期综合征男性中具有较高的应用价值，能够显著改善患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate influence of healthcare based on TCM physical identification on life quality of climacteric syndrome male in community. Methods： 322 patients of 40~70 years old in the Futian district were given TCM physical identiifcation, and all patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group. The control group was informed general knowledge of menopause care; and the intervention group was notiifed health programs of TCM physical identiifcation. In 6 months, the quality of life in two groups were compared. Results： In 6 months, TCM physical scores in the control group showed no signiifcant change, and in the intervention group were obviously decreased （P〈0.05）. TCM physical scores in the intervention group are lower （P〈0.05）. After treatment, Male menopause self-assessment scores in the intervention group were lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Healthcare based on TCM physical identiifcation on male with climacteric syndrome in community shows a higher value, can improve the life quality of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
