摘要
单过硫酸氢钾复合盐(Oxone制剂)具有操作简单、无二次污染等优势,被广泛应用于水处理领域。现江苏省某化工园区污水厂出水COD高于《江苏省化学工业主要水污染物排放标准》(DB 32/939—2006)规定的排放限值,需升级改造。该文研究了单过硫酸氢钾复合盐处理江苏省某化工园区污水厂二级处理出水的效果。结果表明,当二级处理出水CODCr<150 mg/L、投加单过硫酸氢钾复合盐浓度为4.4 g/L、Co2+浓度>0.4 mg/L、反应8 h时,出水CODCr<80 mg/L。
By the advantage of simple operation and without secondary pollution,Oxone is applied in the field of water treatment. Meanwhile,wastewater treatment plant in chemical Industry Park (WWTP in CIP)of Jiangsu Province should be upgraded and reconstructed,because of effluent COD is beyond the allowed value of DB 32 / 939—2006. Therefore,the effect of Oxone on secondary effluent from Wastewater Treatment Plant in Chemical Industry Park were studied in this paper. Results show that,while the COD Cr of secondary effluent is under 150 mg/ L,the concentration of Oxone is 4. 4 g/ L,Co^2 + is 0. 4 mg/ L and reaction time is 8 h,effluent COD Cr is under 80 mg/ L.
