摘要
没有满意的医务人员,就没有满意的患者。新医改希望公立医院通过绩效管理最大程度上调动医务人员积极性,提高医务人员满意度,从而进一步提高患者满意度,体现公益性。该文通过探析新医改对公立医院绩效管理的新要求,分析国内公立医院在绩效管理普遍存在的问题,并就如何进一步有效构建绩效管理方案的提供建议。
If there are no satisfactory medical personnel, there are no satisfied patients, and the new health reform hopes to motivate the enthusiasm of medical staff and improve the satisfactory degree of medical staff to a large extent, thus further improving the satisfactory degree of patients by performance management, which reflects the public welfare. The paper pro-vides suggestions for further formulating the performance management plans by studying the new requirements of new health reform for the performance management of the public hospitals, analyzing the common issues of performance management of public hospitals.
