摘要
近年来,滴滴、Uber等网约车平台的出现给城市居民出行带来了新的选择,网约车的合法地位得到交通运输部的认可。在一部分人将网约车看成解决城市出行难问题的利器的同时,另一部分人指出网约车的出现会加剧城市拥堵。文章通过数学建模分析了网约车平台出现后居民的出行模式选择,为定量评价网约车平台对城市居民出行造成的影响提供了理论模型。
The recent development of ride-sourcing platforms, e.g., Didi and Uber, brings about new mode choices to urban citizens. While many people believe that these ride-sourcing platforms help to make travel easier for citizens, the rest criticize that ride sourcing service increases road traffic congestion. In this paper, we develop a mathematical model to reveal travelers' mode choices after the emergence of a ride-sourcing platform, considering the complex interactions between travelers' mode choices and the attractiveness of ride-sourcing service. Based on the model, a numerical example is provided to show the possible positive and negative impacts on urban traffic condition.
