摘要
钻井液上返时会在井壁发生滤失形成泥饼,虽然在固井前会对井壁进行冲刷,但仍无法完全清除井壁上的泥饼。泥饼强度低,与水泥浆相容性差,固化时会收缩并产生裂缝,导致固井二界面胶结质量差,使固井质量达不到要求,产生油气井窜流等现象。为了减弱泥饼对二界面胶结强度的影响,相继提出了MTC、MTA等方法,通过消除井壁的泥饼及在钻井液中加入添加剂改善泥饼的强度、韧性、致密度等方面来提高固井质量。综述了这些技术和方法的原理、应用情况及发展方向。
In the process of drilling fluid flowback,drilling fluid can permeate into formation and mud cake can be formed on the wall.This mud cake cannot be completely removed after sidewall is washed before cementing.Due to low strength of the mud cake and its poor compatibility with the cement to cause cementation cracks,the quality of cement-formation interface and cementing quality are poor,oil and gas channeling will appear in wells.In order to reduce the effect of mud cake on cementing quality of cement-formation interface,some measures such as MTC,MTA technologies were used to improve the strength,toughness and density of mud cake by removing the mud cake and adding the agents into the drilling fluid.These methods and technologies to improve the cementing quality were summarized.
