摘要
从一线服务的重要性和内部营销的适用性出发,介绍了清华大学图书馆如何通过一系列活动增强一线服务馆员的职业理念、服务精神、创新精神以及专业精神,通过对图书馆内部营销实践案例的分析,提出了图书馆面向一线馆员的内部营销和团队建设实践策略。
The article describes the details of a series of internal marketing activities conducted by Tsin- ghua University Library. The practices are proposed to enhance the frontline librarians' professional ethics, including service spirits, innovation and professionalism, which helps to improve job engagement and team cohesion. The strategy of internal marketing and team building has been discussed.
