摘要
由北京大学图书馆、哈佛大学"中国历代人物传记资料库"项目和北京大学"数字人文建设与发展研究课题组"共同举办的首届北京大学"数字人文论坛"对全球视野下的数字人文的概念、内容与实践进行了全景式扫描,集中对数字技术与历史学、语言文学、艺术学等人文学科融合的"历史学与史料的深度挖掘""语言文学与文本处理、知识探索""人文艺术与数据可视化呈现"等三个议题进行了深入讨论,提出了四个高校图书馆数字人文可具体实践的方面:分类汇总整理并展示来自全球的数字人文数据库、工具软件或平台;开展数字人文数据集建设;新增数字人文咨询;成立数字人文相关部门。
The 1st Peking University Digital Humanities Forum,jointly organized by Peking University library,Harvard University China Biographic Database Project and Research Group of Peking University Digital Humanities Construction and Development, scanned concepts, contents and practices of digital hu- manities in a global perspective. Several forward--looking topics were discussed on the forum including his- tory and deep digging historical materials; literature and text processing, knowledge explorations; arts and data visualization. Also discussed were four DH initiatives deserving practices in university libraries：to col- lect , classify and catalog DH databases, tools and software platform from all over the world; to create hu- manities datasets; to offer DH consultation services;and to establish a DH unit.
