摘要
针对河北普阳钢铁公司生产的6 mm厚S355J2薄规格钢板出现-20℃冲击性能不合格的问题,采用金相分析等手段,对造成钢板冲击性能不合格的原因进行分析,指出混晶以及大颗粒Ti N夹杂是导致钢板低温冲击性能不合格的直接原因。通过调整化学成分和轧制工艺、利用Nb微合金化提高再结晶温度、不添加Ti元素、减少轧制道次等技术措施,消除混晶和Ti N夹杂,有效地改善了6 mm厚S355J2钢板的低温冲击性能,提高了产品合格率。
Aiming at the problem of unqualified impact property at-20 ℃ of 6 mm thick S355J2 thin gauge plate produced in Hebei Puyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the causes that led to unqualified impact property were analyzed by metallographic analysis.It was indicated that existence of the mixed grain and large grain TiN inclusions was the direct cause that led to the unqualified low temperature impact property of the steel.By adjusting the chemical composition and rolling process,increasing the recrystallization temperature using Nb-microalloying,not adding Ti element and reducing rolling pass,etc.,the mixed grain and large grain TiN inclusions were eliminated,the low temperature impact property of 6 mm thick S355J2 thin gauge plate was improved efficiently,and the qualification rate of products was raised.
