摘要
目的探讨小切口阑尾手术治疗老年阑尾炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年9月~2016年4月收治的78例老年阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和实验组,各39例。对照组采用传统手术治疗,实验组采用小切口阑尾手术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组的手术时间、手术切口长度显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的伤口感染率为5.13%,显著低于对照组的17.95%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的恢复时间为（4.17±1.03）d,显著短于对照组的（7.74±1.23）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小切口阑尾手术能明显缩短老年阑尾炎患者的手术时间、恢复时间,减少术中出血量,缩短手术切口长度,提高手术安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision appendectomy in the treatment of elderly patients with appendicitis.Methods 78 elderly patients with appendicitis in our hospital from September 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the draw method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,the experiment group was treated with small incision appendectomy.The treatment effect between the two groups was compared.Results The operation time and incision length of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The rate of wound infection in the experimental group was 5.13%,which was lower than 17.95% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The recovery time of the experimental group was（4.17±1.03） days,which was shorter than（7.74±1.23） days of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Small incision appendectomy can shorten the operation time and recovery time of elderly patients with appendicitis,reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the length of incision and improve the safety of operation,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
