摘要
目的建立鉴别清热通淋片的薄层色谱（TLC）法,优化清热通淋片的检测和质量控制方法。方法采用TLC法分别对清热通淋片中的爵床、苦参、白茅根进行定性鉴别,展开剂分别为环己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸（20161）、环己烷-三氯甲烷-甲醇（841）、环己烷-乙酸乙酯（50.06）,薄层板为硅胶G薄层板（10 cm×10cm,0.20~0.25 mm）。结果爵床、苦参和白茅根的TLC斑点清晰,分离良好,阴性无干扰。结论方法简便易行、分离好、无干扰,所建爵床、苦参的TLC鉴别法可以用于清热通淋片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a TLC method for identification of Qingre Tonglin Tablet,optimized the quality testing and control. Methods Justicia,Sophora flavescens,Rhizoma imperatae were identified by TLC in Qingre Tonglin Tablet. The spread out agent were cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid（ 20161）,cyclohexane-chloroformmethanol（ 841）,cyclohexane-ethyl acetate（ 50. 06） and the thin-layer plate was made with silica gel G（ 10 cm ×10 cm,0. 20 ~ 0. 25 mm）. Results The TLC spots of Justicia,Sophora flavescens,Rhizoma imperatae were clear,separated well and negative without interference. Conclusion The method was simple,good separation,without interference and the identification method of Justicia,Sophora flavescens can be used for the quality control of Qingre Tonglin Tablet.
