摘要
介绍了自导向式单刃深孔铰刀的结构特点和使用范围,重点分析了4种不同的主切削刃设计方案对加工质量和加工效率的影响。对导向条结构参数的确定原则和具体数值进行了论述,分析了影响单刃深孔铰刀切削用量的因素及切削用量的选择方法、步骤。提出了单刃深孔铰刀对机床的要求,对小直径深孔精加工刀具的设计有借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the homing type single edge deep hole reamer and its use scope,lays special stress on analysing the influence of four main cutting edge design schemes on its machining quality and efficiency,discusses the principle and the concrete numerical value determined by the structural parameters of the guide bar,analyzes the steps of selection method,influencing factors of its cutting parameters and cutting output and then puts forward the requirements of its machine tool. It is of reference significance for the design of small diameter deep hole machining tool.
