摘要
通过分析设备综合效率,对相关数据进行的计算,结合中小离散汽车零部件制造企业设备的实际情况对OEE和八大损失的关系进行分析,利用因果分析法找出造成设备损失的根本原因。针对这些原因对其进行改善,并对比改善前后的设备综合效率,验证了该方法的科学有效性,用提高设备效率,进而提高生产效率,达到降低成本的目的。
This paper analyzes the overall efficiency of the equipm ent and calculates the relevant d a ta . A ccording to the actual situationof sm all and m edium discrete autom obile parts production e n te rp rise s, the relationship between O E E and eight losses is analyzedand its root cause is found out to im prove it. B y co m p a riso n , the science and effectiveness of this m ethod are v e rifie d . It productionefficiency is raised and its costs are reduced.
