摘要
中职园艺专业师资培养质量评价方案的建立,是通过以评促教,多元评价,互促发展,实现园艺人才质量全面提高的基本质量保障。阐述师资质量在中等职业教育中的重要性,中职园艺专业师资培养质量评价体系构建的原则、研究内容,为建立体现"三维立体"(科学文化维、专业维、教育维)、"三能并重"(基本技能、专业技能、师范技能)的培养质量评价体系与实施提供理论参考。
Vocational horticulture teacher training quality evaluation program is the basic assurance to improve the quality of gardening talents by using multiple evaluation and mutual promoting development. This paper describes the importance of the quality of teachers in secondary vocational education, mainly discussed the principles of constructing vocational horticulture teacher training quality assessment system and research methods. The results can provide theoretical reference for building quality evaluation system and the implementation. The system can reflect the ideas of ＂three-dimensional＂ （scientific and cultural dimension, professional dimension, educational dimension） and ＂three abilities＂ （basic skills, professional skills, teacher skills）.
