摘要
为克服传统AC-AC变换器的不足,研究设计了一种新型的准阻抗源AC-AC变换器电路拓扑,分析了该变换器的电路结构、工作原理、电压增益等。采用脉冲宽度调制(PWM)方法来改变电路中双向开关的占空比以调节输出电压,应用Matlab/Simulink下的仿真模型仿真验证了该电路的电路特性;在此基础上构建了实验电路,进行了相关实验验证。计算机仿真和样机实验结果均验证了理论分析的正确性和电路的可行性。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional AC-AC converters,a novel quasi impedance AC-AC converter was designed and its circuit structure,working principle and voltage gain were analyzed.The output voltage was regulated by using pulse width modulation(PWM)method to change the duty ratio of the bidirectional power switch of the circuit.In order to verify the circuit characteristics of the converter,aprototype was built based on the simulation conducted by using Matlab/Simulink,and some verification experiments were done.The results of computer simulation and prototype experiments verified the validity of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the circuit.
